These terms govern your use of the Cardboard Deals website, which is operated by Byte Studio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11081608), registered office 51 Ashtree Road, Norwich, England, NR5 0LR. What Cardboard Deals is

Cardboard Deals is an information service. We surface listings from third-party marketplaces, identify the cards in them automatically, estimate market value, and help you track a collection. We do not sell cards, hold inventory, or take part in any transaction between you and a seller.

No warranty on accuracy or authenticity

Card identification, pricing, and deal scoring are automated and may be wrong. Prices and availability change constantly. We do not verify the authenticity of any item — counterfeits and misdescribed listings exist. Always check the listing details, the seller’s rating, and recent prices before buying. You rely on any information on this site at your own risk.

Purchases happen elsewhere

When you follow a link to a marketplace, any purchase is a contract between you and that seller (and the marketplace), under their terms — not ours. We are not responsible for the item, the transaction, delivery, returns, or any dispute.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and don’t impersonate others. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no automated scraping or bulk data extraction, no attempts to disrupt or probe the service, and no unlawful or infringing use. We may rate-limit or block traffic that threatens the service.

Intellectual property

The Cardboard Deals name, design, and original content are ours. Magic: The Gathering card data and images are provided by Scryfall under the Scryfall API licence. Magic: The Gathering and all related marks are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Cardboard Deals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast LLC or eBay Inc.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including any purchase you make on a third-party marketplace. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
